At fc365, the casino floor splits into two clear paths: join a live dealer table for real-time play with a human croupier, or drop into slots and RNG games on your own schedule. Both sit in the same lobby, funded through Touch 'n Go eWallet or FPX, so you move between them without losing your place. Access depends on local law and eligible regions.
The casino lobby at fc365 is built around one real choice: do you want a session that moves at your pace, or one that moves with a live dealer and other participants at the table? Both modes are available from the same account. Here is how they differ in practice.
Sit at the Live Shah Alam Table and play baccarat or roulette with a real croupier streaming in real time. The pace is set by the table, cards are dealt on camera, and results land in your account wallet the moment the round closes. Social, structured, real.
Games like Paddy Field Gold Reels and Rapid Dice Duel run on your schedule — pause, come back, switch titles without waiting for a round to finish. RTP figures are shown directly in the game panel where the studio exposes them, so you can check before you spin.
Rapid Dice Duel sits between the two modes: no live host, but round times are short and outcomes arrive fast. Good for sessions where you want quick decisions without the full table rhythm of a live-dealer room.
Fishing Coral Cannon is a separate category from classic reels — you aim, fire and collect targets in real time. Prize amounts land straight into your wallet when a target is cleared, and the lobby filter lets you jump between fishing and standard slots from one screen.
The fc365 casino carries game content from Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, PlayStar, PG Soft and Microgaming — studios that supply a wide range of slot titles, live dealer tables and table games. You can filter by studio or by category directly from the lobby menu, so reaching Paddy Field Gold Reels or Bingo Ringgit Draw takes a couple of taps rather than a scroll through hundreds of unrelated titles. Live tables run around the clock and are streamed in high definition; slot sessions save your position so coming back mid-game works without restarting. Football Handicap Lines sits in the sports section just off the main casino lobby, relevant for anyone who follows the English Premier League or Liga Super matches alongside their casino session. Every game's RTP figure is shown only where the studio exposes it — we do not publish estimated or averaged numbers.
The casino lobby at fc365 is built for a vertical screen first. Live dealer tables scale to portrait mode so you see the full table layout without pinching or rotating. Slots like Paddy Field Gold Reels and Fishing Coral Cannon use touch controls tuned for one-handed play — tap to spin, swipe to switch titles. The lobby filter row stays pinned at the top of the screen so you can jump between live casino, slots and crash games without scrolling back up. Your account wallet balance updates in the header after each round, so you always know where you stand mid-session.
If a live table round settles unexpectedly or a slot result looks off, open the in-game history panel first — it logs each round with its outcome and timestamp. Raise a ticket from there if the record does not match what you saw.
Amounts won in casino rounds are added straight to your account wallet. If a balance update is delayed after a round closes, check the transaction log in your account dashboard before contacting support — most delays show a pending status there.
Reach the support team through the live chat icon at the bottom of the casino lobby page. For account-level issues like wallet verification or access queries, have your registered email ready so the team can pull up your account quickly.
These are the operational standards we hold the fc365 casino to — not marketing claims, but the actual mechanics behind how games run and results are delivered.
Slot and RNG game outcomes at fc365 are generated by the studios supplying the content — Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, PlayStar, PG Soft and Microgaming each operate certified random-number systems. We carry only their published, unmodified game builds.
We show RTP figures exactly where the game or studio exposes them — inside the game panel or the information screen. Where a studio does not publish the figure, we do not invent one. You can check before you play.
Every casino round you complete is logged in your account history with its result and timestamp. You can review past sessions at any time from the account dashboard — no request needed, no waiting for a report.
Game content in the fc365 casino comes from the five studios listed above. We do not mix in unverified titles or unknown publishers. The lobby filter shows you exactly which studio each title comes from so you can make an informed choice.
A quick reference for terms you will come across in the fc365 casino lobby — what they mean in plain language.
RTP stands for Return to Player — a percentage showing how much of all wagers a slot pays back over a large number of rounds. A 96% RTP means 96 cents of every ringgit wagered returns to players on average over time, not per session.
A bonus round is a game mechanic triggered by landing specific symbols on the reels. It launches a separate play sequence — slot feature notes, a pick screen or a prize multiplier — outside the standard spin. The trigger conditions and prizes are set by the studio.
A live dealer table streams a real human croupier from a studio environment. You place bets on-screen; the croupier deals cards or spins the wheel live on camera. Results are determined by real physical actions, not an RNG, and are broadcast in real time.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process your account goes through before large withdrawals or account changes. You submit identification documents through the account verification section; the steps and document requirements are shown there.
A jackpot is a slot's top prize, hit on rare symbol combinations or through a dedicated jackpot feature. The prize amount is shown inside the game. It is a game mechanic defined by the studio — not a scheduled platform event or a guaranteed payout.
House edge is the mathematical advantage built into a table game's rules — expressed as a percentage of each bet the game retains over time. In baccarat, for example, the edge differs between the banker and player bets. The figure is set by the game rules, not the platform.
What people ask before and during their first session at the fc365 casino.
From the main casino lobby, select the Live Casino filter at the top of the page. Tables are grouped by game type — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and others. Tap any open table to join; seat availability and current bet limits are shown before you enter the room.
Yes. The lobby menu stays accessible from inside any game. Exit the current game, tap the category filter, and open a different section — your account wallet carries over. Live tables run on their own round schedule, so join between hands rather than mid-round.
The amount won is added straight to your account wallet as soon as the round settles. You can see the updated balance in the wallet panel at the top of the lobby page. From there it can be used on the next game or moved to your withdrawal queue.
The casino lobby is built for mobile screens — live tables scale to portrait mode, and slots like Fishing Coral Cannon and Rapid Dice Duel use touch controls. No separate app is needed; open fc365 in your mobile browser and the casino layout adjusts automatically.
Game content comes from Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, PlayStar, PG Soft and Microgaming. Each studio supplies slot titles, table games or live dealer content. You can filter by studio name from the lobby to see only their titles. We do not carry titles from studios outside this list.
